What started as a small municipal utility contractor in the 1970s grew into something extraordinary. Mike Garver saw the potential in microtunneling when others hadn’t caught on yet, and he put that vision to work across Texas and the southern United States, revolutionizing how underground infrastructure gets built.
Fast forward to today. After navigating through significant changes in recent years, we’ve emerged stronger as Pate Garver. Our leadership team isn’t just a group of executives – they’re hands-on experts who’ve spent their careers in the trenches. Mike Garver, Alan Pate, David Ellett, and Todd Hendricks bring their real-world experience and practical know-how to every project we touch.
